PAC email:

Our PAC meetings are held the 3rd Monday of every month, in most cases,  beginning at 7:00  pm in the school library.

As a school community we understand that a successful and vibrant School Parents' Advisory Council (PAC) receives input from as many parents as possible. Please consider attending a meeting and becoming involved. Remember, as a parent of a child attending Vedder Middle School, you are automatically a member of the PAC.

To contact a PAC Executive Member, please leave a message at the school office and it will be forwarded to the member in question as soon as possible.

We look forward to getting to know each of our families once the school year begins.

Please join us for our upcoming P.A.C. meetings.  The meetings will be held in the library at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

 Monday, September 24, 2018
 Monday, October 15, 2018
 Monday, November 19, 2018
 Monday, January 21, 2019

Inclement Weather Guidlines

Inclement Weather School Closure Guidelines

Inclement weather conditions such as freezing rain, significant snowfall or high wind can occur during the fall and winter months. In such conditions, decisions on the opening or closure of school district facilities are made by the Superintendent of Schools, in consultation with management and supervisory staff, who have checked first-hand on the driving conditions, walking/sidewalk conditions, and general condition of buildings and accessibility to sites.
